Ingredients

can 15
oz. Pizza
Sauce
3 teaspoon
Rosa Pure
Olive
Oil
2 cups
sifted
all-purpose
flour
3/4 cup
of water
(warmer
than luke)
8 ounces
shredded
mozzarella
1 package
1/4 oz.
dry yeast
3 pinches
of oregano
1 pinch
of salt
6 ounces
of Rosa
Sliced
Sweet
Peppers
(optional
topping)
1 can
2 oz.
Rosa Flat
Anchovies
(optional
topping)

Directions
Place
yeast
in a large
bowl and
mix with
a wooden
spoon
until
yeast
is dissolved.
Add half
of the
flour,
olive
oil and
salt and
mix with
hands.
Gradually
add remaining
flour
and continue
to mix
until
mixture
becomes
thick.
Knead
the dough
until
it becomes
smooth
and elastic.
Place
dough
on waxed
paper
and cover
with an
air tight
bowl.
Let the
dough
rise for
1 hour.
When dough
can leave
an indentation
in the
side from
your finger
it is
ready.
Flatten
dough
with fist
onto a
12 inch
pizza
pan that
is slightly
greased.
Preheat
oven to
450F degrees.
Place
pizza
sauce
on dough.
Sprinkle
shredded
mozzarella,
oregano
and optional
toppings
on top.
Bake for
15 minutes
or until
crust
is golden
brown.
